POLICY/ REFUND POLICY

Returns:


All sales are Final on edible treats and drinks due to food safety regulations. Please review and verify your order before submitting it because once your order is placed we are unable to cancel it or issue a refund. We understand that circumstances may arise which may cause you to need to reschedule the pick up time or local delivery however we require at least a 48 hour advanced written notice that can be submitted to us by email or through our contact us page available directly on our site.

Returns on APPAREAL items  (coming soon) may be refunded only if item(s) are returned within 5 days after shipment date, in its original packaging and if the item is not damaged. The customer is solely responsible for shipment charges from postal company for returning item(s). Once our company receives back the item(s), we will inspect the item(s)  and  you will be notified by email acknowledging that we have received the returned item. This email will also include the status of your refund ( if the refund request have approval or rejected).

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note this does not include your bank /credit card company refund processing time.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON  APPAREL ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE, CUSTOM AND CLEARANCE.

Due to Our (Brown's Kitchen Delights) Arizona Cottage Food Permit we are Unable to ship any consumable food and/or drinks because of state regulations.  At this time our tasty treats and drinks are Available for Local pickup and Local delivery Only during prearranged scheduled times (Prepaid Preorders Only).


APPAREAL items  (coming soon):

All Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all products, this is including any cost related to item(s) being returned. There's no shipping cost for local pickups. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued the amount originally paid for shipment will be deducted from your refund.

All shipped items will include a tracking number through the postal carrier service. The tracking number will be emailed to the account you have on file (pls double check all information is accurate before submitting your order).
