How long will it take to receive my products?

Same day pickup of selected prepaid orders (coffee, matcha, tea and lemonade) is available for local pickup and local delivery (within a 5 mile radius of 85051) during hours of operation or with a confirmed appointment during after hours. At checkout indicate within the comment section the desired date and time that you want to pickup or delivery of your purchased item(s). A member of our staff will contact you (ie message, call, email, text) to cofirm that we received order and confirm scheduled pick up or local delivery time. Please allow us at least 20 - 30 minutes to prepare your order.

Our desserts, pastries and cookies are handcrafted from scratch and are only available by preorder on Saturday’s only. All preorders must be paid in full. At checkout indicate within the comment section the desired date and time that you want to pickup or delivery of your purchased item(s). A member of our staff will contact you (ie message, call, email, text) to cofirm that we received order and confirm scheduled pick up or local delivery time.

Do you ship your treats?
At this current time we only offer local Pickup & local delivery (within 5 miles radius of 85051). There’s a minimum purchase price of $25 required for local delivery service (fee applied).

Do you offer refunds?  

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any of beverages, desserts, pastries and cookies due to these items being perishable. Refunds are offered only on apparel items. Make sure you check out refund policy prior to purchasing.

We are currently located in Phoenix Arizona 85051.

How do I pay for my purchase?

You can complete  your online purchase through our website by choosing the best payment option for you at checkout.  We also accept payments though PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp.please note: Full payment is required to confirm all orders.

After Placing Order what’s next?

Once your paid order is submitted, you will be contacted by a member of our team by text or call to verify your order, pickup or delivery date and time is correct.

Doe’s the drinks have artificial ingredients?  Some of our drinks contain syrups and flavors to enhance the taste.

Do BKD use any preservatives in the refreshers?
Yes, all pre-bottled refreshers (only refreshers) contain Organic Citric Acid as a preservative.

Are there caffeine in the refreshers?  
Yes, all of our refreshers contain caffeine which comes from the green or black tea that is used as the base in the drink.


How will I know when my apparel (coming soon) items have been shipped? 
Once your items have been shipped, you will an status email which will also include the shipping tracking number.
