How long will it take to receive my products?
Same day pickup of purchased items is available for pickup during hours of operation. After your confirmed order is submitted a member from our team will contact you (ie message, call, email, text) in order to schedule and confirm your desired pickup date and time. You may also indicate in the comment section during checkout the date and time that you want to pickup your purchased item(s). Please allow us at least 20 minutes to prepare your item(s).
Do you ship your treats?
At this current time we only offer Local Pickup Only for our drinks and desserts.
Does the drinks have artificial ingredients? Some of our drinks contain syrups and flavors to enhance the taste.
Do BKD use any preservatives in the refreshers?
Yes, all pre-bottled refreshers (only refreshers) contain Organic Citric Acid as a preservative.
Are there caffeine in the refreshers?
Yes, all of our refreshers contain caffeine which comes from the green or black tea that is used as the base in the drink.
How do I pay for my purchase?
You can complete your online purchase through our website by choosing the best payment option for you at checkout. We also accept payments though PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered only on apparel items. Make sure you check out refund policy prior to purchasing.

How will I know when my apparel (coming soon) items have been shipped?
Once your items have been shipped, you will an status email which will also include the shipping tracking number.
