Does the refresher have artificial ingredients?  Some of our  refreshers contain syrups and flavors to enhance the taste.

Do BKD use any preservatives in the refreshers?  Yes, all refreshers contain Organic Citric Acid as a preservative.

Are there caffeine in the refreshers?  Most of our refreshers contain caffeine. Depending on the refresher you choose it may have green, black or herbal tea in the drink.

Where are you located? We are currently located in Phoenix Arizona.

Do you ship your treats?  At this current time we only have shipping available for our refreshers and apparel (launching soon) only.

How long will it take to receive my products?  In person pickup of Refreshers may be scheduled on same day of purchase as long as it is during our business hours (Monday through Saturday). We are closed on Sundays). Desserts are made fresh to order, it generally takes 3 to 5 business days  to make and process order unless otherwise posted. After treats are made you will be contacted to schedule a pickup time.
Refreshers that are being shipped will take 3-5 business days to process and send for shipment.  This does not include postal shipping time of 2-5 business days. 

How will I know when my items have been shipped?  Once your items have been shipped, you will an status email which will also include the shipping tracking number.

Do you offer refunds?  Refunds are offered only on apparel items. Make sure you check out refund policy prior to purchasing.

How do I pay for my purchase?  You can complete  your online purchase by choosing the best payment option for you at checkout.  In person purchases can made with cash, PayPal, cashapp, etc.
